Delivery and returns
DELIVERY
Last orders for Chritmas is Thurday 19th December 2024
Orders will be dispatched within up to 5 working days and are shipped using trusted couriers to ensure a reliable and efficient service The courier will be selected depending on the size of your parcel/order and location.
For UK mainland addresses, a single delivery of items will be charged at the following;
Orders with a value under £5.00 the cost is £1.95
Orders with a value between £5.00 & £100.00 the cost is £5.95
Orders with a value over £100.00 the cost is FREE delivery
Please note, due to the delivery being handled by a third party courier, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specified time.
We do ship Internationally and Offshore (Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isle)

Please note, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address.
You will normally have one week to provide this information before your parcel is returned to us.
RETURNS
If you need to return a full or partial order, send us an email at sales@tallulahfox.co.uk for returns information.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You have a right to return your order under the distance selling regulations for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within 28 days.You must inform us that you wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. We are unable to refund the cost of the original delivery.
If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds take between 10-15 working days to be processed. After such time if you have not received the refund contact your bank to check the status of the delay. If this does not resolve your query please contact us at sales@tallulahfox.co.uk
EXCHANGES
If an item arrives faulty or damaged we can exchange it for the same item after arranging a return with you, send us an email at sales@tallulahfox.co.uk and we will get back to you with return instructions
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
